Located 10km northwest of Middlemarch, the Wandle is a grazing and finishing property of predominantly terraces with some hill country along the Rock & Pillar Range.
The farm underwent a development programme during 2011 and 2012 which included the installation of two centre pivot irrigators, subdividing paddocks, new stock water systems, improvements to pastures and soil fertility, and is now a intensive breeding and finishing property.
Approximately 550ha of the property is capable of being irrigated.
It has a base flock of 5,000 ewes and 200 beef cows. The balance of stock is made up of a mix of trading lambs, fattening cattle and a small number of dairy heifers.
