The Wandle is a well-balanced, high-producing farm located 10 km northwest of Middlemarch. The Wandle has the Otago Rail Trail running through it and is a relatively intensive finishing property which is predominantly terraced with some hill country along the Rock & Pillar Range.

It has 320 paddocks and is well serviced by good laneways with the flat and easy land being fully developed. An area of 580 ha is capable of being irrigated by three centre pivot, k-line and gun irrigators.
